AC-12 is a promoted spherical alumina adsorbent, optimized for the effective removal of HCl and organic chlorides. This adsorbent is particularly designed for HCl removal from various streams in oil refining and petrochemical industrials, including reforming net gas, fuel gas, reformate, LPG, and pyrolysis oil. Additionally, AC-12 is also used in propane dehydrogenation unit for remove HCl from propane cracking gas. AC-12 is a non-regenerative adsorbent.
