JZ-512H is a Calcium sodium aluminosilicate molecular sieve. It is capable of absorbing molecules with a critical diameter of up to 5 angstroms.
It is widely used in PSA hydrogen purification, carbon monoxide refining, the separation of normal paraffin from isoparaffin, and hydrogen generator systems.
As a desiccant, JZ-512H must not be exposed to the open air. It should always be stored in a dry environment inside an air-proof, sealed package to maintain its effectiveness.
The product is standardly packaged and supplied in 150kg steel drums.
JZ-512H spheres have a size of Ф1.6~2.5mm, a bulk density of ≥ 0.75 g/ml, a crush strength of ≥ 45.0 N/Pc, and an attrition rate of ≤ 0.15%.
Based on its technical properties, the adsorption capacities are: CO adsorption ≥ 30 ml/g, methane adsorption ≥ 16 ml/g, N2 adsorption ≥ 10 ml/g, and O2 adsorption ≤ 3.4 ml/g.
