JZ-404B is composed of sodium aluminosilicate, designed to target and absorb molecules with a diameter of 4 angstroms or less.
It is primarily used for the drying of pneumatic brake systems in vehicles and transport machinery, including automobiles, heavy trucks, trains, and ships.
JZ-404B offers good chemical compatibility, high adsorption capacity, high crushing strength, a low dust degree, and a low wear rate.
It must not be exposed to the open air. It should be stored under dry conditions in air-proof packaging to maintain its effectiveness as a desiccant.
The product is supplied in bulk packaging of 500kg per jumbo bag.
JZ-404B has a high crushing strength of ≥70 N and a low wear rate of ≤0.1 %wt.
